The food consists of direct taste memories and its own scent, while the perfume supports these feelings by rendering the memories & scenery with the imaginations ignited by multiple scents from the perfume’s notes.
A healing process with the omakase experience formulated by both the emotional power from various of food and the emotional power from different perfumes between the gap of each courses.

SPATIAL NARRATIVES
The Omakase journey start with the check in, the guest will be invited into an immersive journey with the story they choose. In the bespoke lounge, the guest will pick the front note, middle note, and base note of their Omakase experience, just as a perfume have different stages.
The Omakase experience is a journey with scent and taste, the different scents will be presented to set up the mood for the food tasting. The scent, the sound, and the lights will work together to invite guest immerses into the perfume journey.
The Flare Bar features both retail spaces and perfume inspired cocktail bar, the walk-in guests may freely exploring the matching possibility between different scents and snacks in the boutique, while they can further trying the new drinks inspired from perfume stories in the bar.

The following forms are inspired by lines and the horizon in a wide open desert.
The Omakase experience is a reserve-only experience, starting at the check-in desk, the clay plaster, and the covelights rendered a poetic yet mysterious mood.
A place to bespoke the Omakase experience, choosing three notes from various scents, the three scents guests choose will determine the Omakase experience story. Dark green drape, camphorwood table, covelights bringing the mysterious and poetic background for stories.
The flowerfield is the space for an omakase experience, the space features a two-person space and four-person privacy space. Four-person space is divided by translucent drape, bringing the immersive experience to a closer level. While the two-person space is enlightened by glass installations, immersive lights.
The four-person space has its own drapes, which will be enclosed during the experience, creating personal space for scents, lights, and sounds.
The table settings, diningware from Genori. and the digital menu, scent stone, and utensil are carefully set up.
After the Omakase experience, customers will have a perfume sample they can choose as a take-away gift. They are also welcome to explore matching perfume and food in the BAR & RETAIL lab, creating new memories with different scents & tastes, and find new possibilities of trying perfumes.
The walk-in customers are also invited to explore the matching between taste and scents, and vibrant fragrance products and inspirational cocktails.
The Material of ETHEREA is meant to render a dramatic garden atmosphere with poetic, sophisticated, and mysterious. The intriguing textures along with natural color and calming scents creates a sense of poetic to bringing the audience into the world of scent.
The reflective lights, opulent details, and dramatic light effect giving a sophisticated mood for a dramatic experience. On the other side of sophisticated, subtle finishes, hidden textures bringing up the mysterious environment to attract the audience to explore and experience something unexpected.

The form strategy of Etherea is based on the flowing lines of desert, flowers, and momentum of emotions.
The site is 8764 Melrose in West Hollywood, a artistic and sophisticated neighborhood.
The color of ETHEREA is curated by poetic, sophisticated, and mysterious. Imagining exploring Mojave desert, and suddenly encounter a shrine with cedarwood scent, the earth tone and dark green creating a sense of peaceful mind. And there is a sophisticated flower field within the shrine, vibrant botanical colors and vivid tone immerses audience into a dramatic journey. There is also a dark night sky above the flower field, the dark color, the quiet night sky tone silently whispering a mysterious exploration.
